This week, we’re commemorating the event that became a turning point in the Second World War history: D-Day<\/strong>, which took place 81 years ago, on June 6th 1944.<\/p>\n

Did you know that in French, we don’t call D-Day “le Jour J”<\/em> –\u00a0as one could assume\u00a0– but Le D\u00e9barquement<\/strong><\/em>, which means “The (Boat) Landing”.<\/p>\n
