“I dreamed a dream”… As “Les Mis”<\/em> is celebrating its 40th anniversary, making it the longest-running musical of all time, you might be interested to learn that “Les Mis\u00e9rables”<\/strong><\/em> was originally a French musical! That’s right, the show was created in 1980 by Alain Boublil (lyrics) and Claude-Michel Sch\u00f6nberg (music). After a moderate success in Paris, it was adapted into English and staged in London and New York, where it became a worldwide phenomenon. Given the subject matter, it all kinda makes sense, doesn’t it?\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n
