A French Christmas is of course about gifts (especially for the children!), but the clou du spectacle<\/em> is le R\u00e9veillon de No\u00ebl<\/strong><\/em>, the Christmas Eve dinner. It’s all about gathering your cherished ones around the beautifully decorated table, and sharing a lavish multi-course meal that lasts several hours, while chatting, laughing and yes, “debating”!
