This week, we’re talking about our day-to-day routines<\/strong>, while practising our French routine verbs, adverbs and how to tell the time \u263a\ufe0f\u23f0<\/p>\n

Though obviously not all French people are alike, we tend to organise our daily meals around the “4-hour rule”: breakfast at 8am; lunch at midi<\/em>; a sweet snack at 4pm – actually, this snack or “go\u00fbter”<\/em> is often referred to as “un quatre-heures”<\/em> (even if it takes place a bit later) for that very reason; and dinner around 8pm.
