We stayed in a five-star hotel in Malaga a week ago. Everything looked fantastic from the outside but when we arrived in our room we realised that the light didn't work and the bed was very dirty. What's more, there were neither towels nor toilet paper in the bathroom. What a disaster! We immediately called reception and they looked after us really well. We were able to change rooms quickly and so we enjoyed our holiday in Spain.
