Paula, my Zumba instructor, is fascinating. She has incredible energy. Her hip movements are spectacular, and she creates some very original choreographies. The music that she uses in the classes is pretty varied, although 80 percent of the songs are Latin. Each week she motivates us with her rhythm, her stamina and her joy. After her classes we feel rejuvenated and we always feel like returning.
