To pull off this classic French dessert, you will need organic ingredients. There is nothing better to make the best tarts! You should also use a tart tin [US: tart dish] with a removable bottom so that the tart is easier to remove from the mould. Start by preheating your oven to 180° Celsius. Make your pastry by mixing flour, butter, sugar and one egg, then shape it into a ball that you'll put into the fridge. After fifteen minutes or so, roll out your pastry using a rolling pin, cover your tart tin [US: tart pan] and leave to bake in the oven for twenty minutes. In the meantime, melt butter with some lemon juice in a sauce pan. In a separate bowl, whisk together three eggs with some sugar before adding the melted lemon butter. Reheat that mixture, and once it has thickened, pour it into your cooked pastry and leave your tart to set in the fridge.
