I like online banking because it is easy to use. I can check my bank account with my mobile [US: cell] phone or my computer. If I need to pay my bills, I can do that straightaway. I don't need to go to the bank and wait for opening times, because the app works day and night. But, sometimes, there are technical problems and I can't log in. That is really annoying!
