- Henri, it's very cold today. Let's make your tasty pumpkin soup together! - All right Catherine. Follow my instructions carefully. First, peel the pumpkin, the carrots and the onions and dice them all up. While you're doing this, I'm going to prepare a chicken broth. - I'm done, Henri. What shall I do now? - Melt some butter in the saucepan and add all the vegetables (to it). Leave them to cook for 5 minutes. Then, we will add the broth and we'll wait for 20 minutes. - Oh, it already smells very good!
