"You cannot do this while viewing an other person's information."

Why am I getting this message when I'm logged on as myself? I don't seem to be able to view my own dashboard.

Hi Cat, I'm sorry you are encountering an problem, I am looking at this right now and will confirm when I have worked out the issue. Our helpdesk (reached via the contact us form) is normally a better place to submit technical queries as it allows us to more effectively track history. I will send you an email from there once I have identified the issue.
