How the test works

Here's a preview of the text for the writing challenge, when you're ready click the start button above:

On Saturdays, Lise and I spend the afternoon together. We meet at the coffee shop around one o'clock. There, we drink a hot chocolate and we chat for twenty minutes. Then, we go to the shopping centre [US: mall] to do some shopping. Lise loves nail varnish [US: nail polish] and she buys a new colour every week. She can't resist! Around 4.30, we have another drink and we say goodbye.

Clever stuff happening!
