Lyon saucisson is a large cured sausage which is made mostly of pork. Some eat it raw and others prefer its cooked version. Here's my favourite recipe! First, remove the packaging and put the sausage into a saucepan. Then, add some cold water and cook the sausage for forty minutes. Boil some peeled potatoes in salted water for twenty minutes. Finally, slice the sausage and (the) potatoes. Add a bit of parsley, and enjoy!

Clever stuff happening!
