This summer, it's very hot. I don't like the heat, but I am well prepared. I have a bottle of water and also an electric fan. During the daytime, I close the curtains and I hydrate a lot. Outside, I put on a hat and I wear sunglasses. I don't forget sunscreen because I want to protect my skin.
