Accord entre les objets direct qui sont placés avant les verbes et les terminaisons de verbes

In the phrase, '"ce qui m'a enfin permis de m'ouvrir" why isn't there an "e" at the end of "permis", since the direct object, "m", is a woman?

the verb expression here is ‘ permettre à qqn de faire qqc ‘, hence the pronoun ‘ me ‘ in ‘…… m’a enfin permis de …. ‘ is an indirect object pronoun, not a direct object, so no agreement of the past participle.
