Why not, « et qu'est-ce que vous voudriez boire avec ça ? »

Bonjour Tom,

This is indeed one of the possible answers. Most of the time, in French, we use Le Présent and not Le Conditionnel when asking what one would like to drink at a coffee shop (or to order food/drink), unlike in English. However, it is also common to hear waiters ask this question using Le Conditionnel (especially in "posh" restaurants). ;-)

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !
