"c'est ca?"

I had written "n'est-ce pas?" instead of "c'est ca?" Is "n'est-ce pas?" not an acceptable substitute here?

C'est ça -- that's right, that's it.
N'est-ce pas -- isn't it?

As you can see, they mean different things

Not that different, really, when you add a question mark. Laura gives "right?" as one translation of "n'est-ce pas" here:
