Clear in french ?

Hi ☺️

I want to say :(the sky is clear ) what should i say? I couldn't find an appropriate word in the dictionary. 

Can you help me ?

I mean dégager is true ? I don't want to use clair .

« why is it "à la sortie de" is used instead of "au bord de" ? Would help if these things were explained in the lessons rather than just corrected.word endings in plural »
