How does this differ from "beaucoup de"?
This question relates to:French lesson "Expressing quantities in French with quelques/plusieurs/de nombreux = A few/several/many"

They are very similar.
beaucoup de = a lot, many
vs
de nombreux = numerous

"beaucoup" is not accepted as a correct translation, when it should and would be used more often for "many."

sad that 'plusiers' is considered 'incorrect' and not 'nearly' (I only missed the 'u'). The question should merit the correct choice of quantity
