Is "lisses" incorrect?

I understand that "raide" is more common but is "lisse" incorrect? In what context would you use "lisse"?

Bonjour Jack,

To express "straight hair", you will use "des cheveux raides".

You will use "des cheveux lisses", if you are referring to "straightened hair".
