Mistakes cause of keyboard

Hello there,
I just finished the test with everything but 2 sentences correct. However, because my keyboard is not french, it registered as every one of them wrong. I think there should be something done about that.

When you complete a writing or dictation exercise, it's important to self-mark each sentence using the star system (under each submitted/corrected answers). I checked your exercise history and I can see that you did not. If you don't self-mark your own answers, Kwizbot assumes that you haven't submitted a score. It will then record your result as zero even if your answers were actually correct. That's why you saw a score of 0. We received feedback a while ago from users who were not interested in scoring their own answers which is why we decided to put this system in place. However, if you do wish to score yourself in order to get a better picture of your progress/performance, do not forget to do so using the star system.
I understand that it might be difficult to type accents when your keyboard does not include them. However, if you take a look at the following link you will see that Kwiziq has set up a way around this:
