Pour tout ce qui se trouvait dans la fourchette de prix supérieure,
I thought that “tous/se trouvaient” would be used as “les produits” is plural. Is it “the French way” to treat this as a singular group?

Pour tout -- for everything. Just as in English, tout is singular. You could say pour tous les produits -- for all products. Notice, however, how in English "everything" (which is a noun) becomes "all" which is used as an adjective.
