J'ajouterais « se rejoindra » en plus de « se retrouver » et « se réunir ». :-)

In this context, "se rejoindre" does not work as "se rejoindre" is used when the protagonists are all converging towards a specific meeting point. As they haven't mentioned exactly where they are going to, "se rejoindre" sounds strange here. So, it depends on the context.
On se rejoint / se retrouve à la gare. = We're meeting up at the train station.
On se réunit / se retrouve demain. = We're meeting up tomorrow.
