sûre? Êtes-vous sûr ?

I can find no reference with a definition for 'sûre' ?! Is this a colloquialism?

Adjectival agreement with subject noun gender/number - feminine singular adjectival form of sûr - sûre. Refers to Janine. It’s not colloquial - in speech, sounds the same regardless.
