I don’t think u should put the word pot belly for Eric cuz on the picture it doesn’t show that Eric have a pot bell + I think it is kinda mean

This is  a simple language lesson. The pictorials are very basic. 
You can’t see his tattoos either, as far as I can tell. 
It is also true that, as a generalisation, French people are somewhat more direct with such descriptions than many in the English speaking world. There are cultural differences, not just language differences. Such descriptions are not necessarily meant, seen nor taken as insulting in everyday French. 
‘Pot-bellied’ is a reasonable way to translate into English the French expression ‘ avoir du ventre ‘.
