Tous les vs á chaques

Question

I wrote á chaque soirs Elle lui raconte un histoire. To mean every night she told him a story and got it wrong in the quiz .and the acceptable answer was: Tous les soirs, Elle raconte un histoire. Doesn’t á chaque soirs also mean every night?

"- chaque + [singular noun] (each): this is the closest to English in terms of construction, it considers each individual thing included in the total.
- tous les / toutes les + [plural noun] (every): meaning literally all the, this expression considers the total as a whole group."
 
I have pasted the above from the lesson. I think you have simply missed the point about singular noun versus plural noun usage.
You are seeking to express "à chaque soirs ..." note here that you are using the plural of the noun therefore this calls for "tous" rather than "chaque" which would express each individual evening.

In my humble opinion, it is not the same each to every in English. It has different meaning in the end.
