I was initially thinking of critique and wanted to verify by using Wordreference where I found the following:
review n(hotel, service, etc.: customer's report) (sur un hôtel,...)avis nm The hotel has had a hundred reviews, only two of them negativeI therefore changed 'critique' to 'avis', which was not accepted. Did I misinterpret what Wordreference said ?

Thank you all for your comments! Frank is correct that "critique" is not the best term to be used here (although we kept it as a possible answer). We have amended this sentence and added "avis" and "commentaire" as options.

I had the same problem, Frank. I thought 'critique' was more to do with reviews of a play or exhibition but maybe someone can clarify?
