Can we please have some examples of statements turning into questions in these cases? I am finding it hard to follow how the order of words changes in each situation. Many thanks!

Bonjour Beulah,
Here are more examples:
Éva est à la maison (= Éva is at home) -> Éva est-elle à la maison ? (Is Éva at home?)
Ton fils a des amis (= Your son has got friends) -> Ton fils a-t-il des amis ? (Has your son got any friends?)

I'm not sure what it is that you're having difficulty with. There are lots of examples in the lesson. What is it you're missing?

Maybe because tthis is about special cases with emphasis and does not really say when to use this construction as opposed to simple inversion.
