"... notre équipe allie savoir-faire professionnel et pédagogie bienveillante." Why no definite articles for savoir-faire and pédagogie ? Is this simply the result of the informality of an advertisement? Thanks.
Where are the articles?

Bonjour Frank,
When you are listing something, in French, you can omit the definite article - for stylistic effect - which is the case here. If you were to use a definite article, it would sound as if there was a possibility of having a lot of other types "pédagogie" / "savoir-faire". However, you could use "un / une" here.
Vieillards, hommes, femmes, enfants se lançaient dans l'eau glacée = Old men, women, children were throwing themselves in the icy water
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
