Why is it "vraie cuisine" instead of "cuisine vraie" when the lesson on this says that "vrai" after the noun means "real" or "true"?

Cuisine vraie means true cuisine as in factually correct whereas vraie cuisine means real or true as in genuine.

Why is it "vraie cuisine" instead of "cuisine vraie" when the lesson on this says that "vrai" after the noun means "real" or "true"?
