To introduce a concession with although/though in French, you can use these two conjunctions followed by a verb in Mode subjonctif.
Using "bien que / quoique" with Mode subjonctif in French
Bien que = although/though
To express although/though in French, you use:
bien que + Mode subjonctif
ATTENTION:
Do not confuse bien que (although) with expressions using bien followed by que (that):
-> Here it's the expression aimer bien (to like) followed by que.
Quoique = although/even though
To express although/(even) though in French, you can also use:
quoique + Mode subjonctif
Quoique je veuille venir, mes parents n'accepteront jamais.Though I want to come, my parents will never say yes.
Note that quoique is a bit more antiquated in this context than bien que, and therefore less common.

Do not confuse quoique (although) with the two-word expression quoi que (whatever [one does]), also followed by Mode subjonctif:
