How the test works

Here's a preview of the text for the writing challenge, when you're ready click the start button above:

- If you could go anywhere in the world, which carnival would you choose? - I would go to Venice in Italy! I've always had a fascination for the exuberant costumes which make this carnival magical and fairy-like. If I could, I would wear a magnificent mask adorned with rhinestones and gold paint, and I would cross the city by gondola. - I would rather visit Rio de Janeiro's Carnival. I like its more chaotic atmosphere. I would buy a beautiful feathered head-dress and I would dance the mambo until the early hours.

Getting that for you now...
