A few weeks after the beginning of lockdown, I sent a nice handwritten letter to my grandmother who lives on her own 200km from my home. I wanted her to know that I was thinking about her. It made her very happy, and she replied to me two days later. That's how we started a weekly correspondence, which allowed her to feel less isolated, and which gave me the motivation to keep active. Indeed, I had to do things to be able to tell her about them in my letters. This correspondence brought us much closer, and I can't wait to be able to hug her again.
