The verb SAVOIR is irregular in Le Subjonctif Présent:
que je sache | that I know |
que tu saches | that you know |
qu'il/elle/on sache | that he/she/one knows |
que nous sachions | that we know |
que vous sachiez | that you know |
qu'ils/elles sachent | that they know |
Note that its root sach- is followed by the regular endings of Le Subjonctif Présent:
-e, -es, -e, -ions, -iez, -ent

Il faut que tu saches ce que je pense.You must know what I think.
On veut qu'il sache ce qu'on ressent.We want him to know what we feel.
