"Une délicieuse viande grillée"

I can't find anything in the rules for adjective placement explaining the placement of "délicieuse" before "viande" instead of between "viande and grillée.

This adjective is part of a list of adjectives which can be placed before or after a noun. Being placed before the noun will emphasise the feeling or opinion you are trying to express.
