Bonjour Joan,

1. Tous = [toos] pronoun or [too] adjective

a. Sandra, Andy et moi sommes allés au restaurant tous les trois

→ [too] - tous + article + noun (here ‘trois’ is considered as a noun as there is a definite article before) - Adjective

b. Tous veulent nous interviewer

→ [toos] – tous = all of them - Pronoun

2. 'They all have all of them (eg. books)'

[They all] have [all of them] Tous les ont

They have them all / all of them = Ils les ont tous

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !
