Derrière vs. Derrière moi
I wondered if it’s possible to say « Je te laisserai derrière moi ».
This question relates to:French writing exercise "Discussing a ski weekend"

Bonjour,
It is not wrong per se here. You don't need "moi" as it is implied in this context.
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !

I'll leave you behind. -- Je te laisserai derrière.
In English, too, you wouldn't say "I'll leave you behind me." However, you can say:
Il est derrière moi- -- He is behind me.
