Bonjour Jasmine,
The subject pronoun nous is the first person plural in Présent Indicatif terms.
The conjugation is allons as you have written -- however, it is the context that will
confirm whether nous (we) are male/female mix or an all male or all female group.
Whatever the mix or gender does not change the conjugation; it remains as nous allons.
