Il est ________.It's ten twenty-three.(HINT: Use the "12-hour" clock)dix heures vingt-troisdix heures vingt-trois du matin(this was my answer)Hi Apostolos,
The 'du matin' here is a bit redundant as whoever you are speaking to ( unless you are in a different hemisphere) would know if it was morning or afternoon.
So
is the correct answer.
You wouldn't use 'minutes' unless you were the speaking clock.
Bonne Continuation!
Il est dix heures vingt-trois (minutes) du matin.
It seems you got it almost right, missing only the "heures". I've heard versions with and without "minutes" mentioned in spoken French.
