La bouche pleine

On the phrase On ne doit pas parler la bouche pleine, how come avec is not necessary to translate it to "with the mouth full"?

The preposition "avec" can be used with "parler" but not to express "with the mouth full":

Il parle avec aisance = He speaks with ease
Marc parle avec son collègue =Marc speaks with his colleague

Ton fils parle bien le français = Your son speaks French well
Il parle la bouche pleine = He speaks with the mouth full
