Le Conditionnel Passé

Question

In the weekend workout for 29 January 2021 in the B1 translation there is a sentence ‘the things I would have done with that money’.  I translated this as ‘les choses que j’aurais fait avec cet argent’ the best answer given is ‘les choses que j’aurai faites avec cet argent’. Why is aurai used as it’s not conditional and why is the past participle fait of faire not used.

I think if you combine the two answers, you get the right one :  les choses que j’aurais faites avec cet argent. 
J’aurais in conditional as you note - probably a typo in the answer given; 
agreement of “ faites “ with plural, feminine direct object ( les choses) preceding the verb, as per the answer given.
