PC Vs Imparfait / Entre Vs Parmi

1. Why is the tense different if you use "dès que" vs "aussitôt que"? In the text: Dès que nous étions rentrés de l'école (PC) Vs Aussitôt que nous étions de retour (Imparfait)?

2. Couldn't one say "Entre tous les joeux..." instead of parmi or de? Or is it "entre" only used when referring to two things (like between vs among)?

Bonjour Patricia,

1."dès que" vs "aussitôt que": both expressions can use Le Plus-que-Parfait as well as L'Imparfait. They are all recorded in the exercise. Kwzibot does not always show all the correct alternative options.

2. "parmi" vs "de" vs "entre": "entre" means "between" and can only be used when "referring to two things" as you've explained.

I hope this si helpful.

Bonne journée !
