Qui in final sentence

"qui a vraiment l'air de valoir le détour" (final sentence) - I would never have guessed that the speaker said "qui". It sounded very much like the word began with a 'j'

Hi Becky,

I have listened to the dictation audio and it is clear and correctly pronounced by a male voice.

I cannot hear a 'j' sound before the 'qui' and since there is no possibility of liaison as the word before is 'Conflans',  I cannot understand where the 'j' sound would come from.

Maybe input from other users would be helpful?

It sounded ok to me today when I listened. Worth trying again as sometimes it is the recording, but sometimes it seems it is some transient technical issue.

I thought the “qui” was clear.
