Yes, it applies to all of them:
Je viens de me réveiller.
Tu viens de te réveiller.
Il/elle/on vient de se réveiller.
Nous venons de nous réveiller.
Vous venez de vous réveiller.
Ils/elles viennent de se réveiller.

Je viens de me réveiller. The pronoun still takes appropriate pronominal form and the verb root in infinitive.

If you think of the literal meaning of the French: it is “I come from awakening myself”. So it must be “me”.
