Have you made good friends?  Why is this reflexive?  Google translates it as:  "As-tu fait de bons amis"---comme moi.

However ‘ se faire des amis ‘ is the standard, colloquial expression in French. 

I see it is a bit like ‘  make yourself/you some good friends ? ‘ in 

English.
