Tu and je comprends ?

Why tu and je always end with s :/ and elle ,il ,nous, vous , and ils/elles end with another letters but tu and je are different persons so why:/

You are asking the wrong question. This is just the way it is; languages are different and follow different rules, and it is not always a question of 'why?'.
