Two questions

Question

In the first sentence, there is "Baccaulauréat" in the answer, but the clue is "Baccalauréat."  
 
I am also unsure about the use of the singular "siècle" in the last sentence since you do not have "siècle" after XVIIIe.  Shouldn't the English be "Between the end of the 18th and middle of the 19th Centuries."?  or "Between the end of the 18th Century and the middle of the 19th Century."?

In this instance, Cécile is correct: "siècle"  stays in the singular form. The article referring to"siècle" is "le" and not "les":
La fin du  (de + le) XIe et le début du (de + le) XIIe siècle -> singular
Les XIe et XIIe siècles -> plural
comment écrire les siècles

Thank you for pointing out this typo which has now been fixed.
As to your second point, I wouldn't have used the plural either as in my opinion, the first 'siècle' is implied after the 'XVIIIe' but will query with the author and come back to you.
