Hi there   Could you use the verb " jouir" to mean enjoy in this sentance as well ?   "Nous avons joui de chaque minute"

The verb 'jouir' has sexual connotations and you won't use it for to enjoy something. The text gives you three possible verbs -

Profiter de 

savourer

apprécier
