Why did they switch around the colors in this translation? Is there an order to put them?

My new school bag is blue and yellow….Mon nouveau cartable est jaune et bleu :

No specific reason for the switch, nor specific order to organise compound colour or multiple colour references. Personal preference, euphony etc. « Jaune et bleu » avoids the vowel-vowel of « bleu et (jaune) » but it is not grammatically essential to do that either in writing or in speech.
