Birthday Vocabulary – Level

Everyone needs to be able to describe their birthday celebrations in every language, am I right? So let’s start with French with our happy Birthday vocabulary list and its interactive Word Game.

Another great way to remember new vocabulary is to write sentences using it in context. Here’s an example for you to get inspired:

Aujourd’hui, c’est mon anniversaire ! Mon mari m’a réveillée en me souhaitant un “Joyeux anniversaire mon amour”, avant de me dire d’attendre dans la chambre pendant qu’il finissait une “surprise“… Quand je suis arrivée dans le salon, il avait tout décoré avec des ballons et une belle banderole. Sur la table, il y avait des cadeaux avec du beau papier cadeau argenté, une carte et un petit cupcake trop mignon avec une bougie allumée. J’ai fait un vœu en soufflant ma bougie, mais honnêtement, j’avais déjà tout ce que je voulais !
