I always knew that one day I'd go live in France. Since I was very little, everything French has fascinated me. At five, I learned my first French word: it was the word "baguette." It remained my favorite word for years, until the day when my grandmother gave me a special book Each illustration of this picture book had a description in French and in English! I started taking it everywhere: no matter where we were going, I had to take it with me. I knew it by heart. The day that I finally had the chance to learn a foreign language at school, my choice was long made!
